PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS,

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All monthly payments with the exception of the final and last payment of $600 must be submitted by the 15th of day each month. The remaining outstanding balance and last payment will be due on or before September 1, 2022. To avoid late fees all payments must be made before or by end of day (11:59 pm CST) on the due date.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT
Request to make an additional payments or to pay your balance in full is accepted and must be requested by email. Upon receiving your request we will send you an electronic invoice.
LATE FEES
Any payment made more than three (3) days past due will incur a late payment fee of $100.00. Sisters and Suitcases, LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the reservation is two (2) payments, delinquent. Should Sisters and Suitcases, LLC cancel the reservation due to payment issue, the terms of this “Cancellation, and Refund Policy” shall apply.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS
Your monthly payment can be made via the electronic invoice that is sent from info@sistersandsuitcases.com or on our our website at www.sistersandsuitcases.com by going to the Italy trip page and scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the monthly payment option.
INVOICES
All SAS client will receive a digital invoice sent via email, however your monthly payment can be made via digital invoice or on the website. If you have a custom monthly payment a digital Invoice will be sent to the email address provide on registration.
It is the guest's responsibility to check your email and spam box around the time emails will be sent out to make payments for your trip each month. We recommend noting it on your monthly calendar or setting your phone. (1) invoice is sent to guest each month, invoices are sent to guest at least 10 days before the due dat of the 15th of that month.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You may cancel your participation in Sisters and Suitcases Experiences at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:
It is an extraordinary commitment to bring this one of a kind experience to our guests and, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable, including deposits, late fees, full payments and installment payments. The ONLY exception to this policy is if your selected experience must be cancelled in its entirety for any reason in which case Sisters and Suitcases will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions.
Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your assets.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
MANDATORY:
Travel medical and emergency evacuation insurance is mandatory.
Travel Cancellation and Travel Medical Insurance:
We require proof of travel medical insurance and strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance, especially “cancel for any reason” insurance.
Strongly Recommended:
Trip cancellation insurance, especially “cancel for any reason” insurance. This protects you from fees associated with canceling a trip should such an instance occur. No member of TBM’s team travels without adequate third-party insurance and we recommend that all of our clients do the same. There are many providers and plans to choose from—call your travel agent or insurance company to find the right fit for you.
NOTE: You'll be asked to submit proof of medical insurance within 30 days of your tour start date. (You’ll get more information in our Guest Lounge.)

Medical Conditions and Allergies: For your safety, it is essential that you fully and accurately disclose all relevant personal medical and allergy information to SAS. You are responsible for assessing whether any particular activity is suitable for you given your unique circumstances and SAS does not provide medical advice. SAS reserves the right to deny you permission to participate in any aspect of a trip at any time if SAS determines, at its sole discretion, that such participation would endanger yourself or others.
Health and well-being: Should you become injured or fall ill on the trip, please let your SAS Host know immediately so that we can get you medical attention right away.
Participation: SAS reserves the right to accept or reject any tour member or to remove any participant who fails to apply with local laws or regulations or does something on tour that is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants, at our discretion, without any refund.

HOW WE PLAN TO KEEP YOU SAFE - As borders begin to reopen and travel resumes, we’re entering into a new normal of coexisting with COVID-19. We understand that travel comes with additional risks under these circumstances, and some of our travelers may be more vulnerable than others. Our hope is that these safety measures outlined below will help give you the confidence to travel with Sisters and Suitcases.
